Lauren has over 20 years of experience caring for patients throughout their surgical journeys. Having worked in private hospitals and clinics over this time, she has a meaningful understanding of the private healthcare system. Liaising with our hospitals and anaesthetists to accommodate their requirements while understanding patients’ needs is always paramount, whether before or after surgery.
Lauren works closely with Annakan and the team to ensure our patients feel supported and cared for.
Claire has worked within the healthcare industry for 15 years and understands the importance of patient care and communication, ensuring an informed and smooth experience, from initial consultation through to post-operative recovery.
