ENT & Rhinoplasty Pricing in London
Self-Funding Patients
Consultation fees for patients funding their own care are:
| Initial consultation | £300 |
| Follow-up consultation | £200 |
The cost of nasal surgery with Mr Annakan Navaratnam depends on the complexity of your case, the surgical technique required, and the hospital or clinic where your procedure takes place. Factors such as whether revision work is needed, the extent of structural correction, and any combined procedures will all affect the final fee.
The figures below are starting prices; you will receive a full and definitive quote, covering all surgeon, anaesthetist and hospital fees, following your consultation with Mr Annakan Navaratnam.
| Rhinoplasty | starting from £8,495 |
| Septorhinoplasty | starting from £9,495 |
| Endoscopic Sinus Surgery | starting from £5,995 |
| Septoplasty | starting from £5,995 |
We aim to make the costs of care as simple and transparent as possible. Annakan Navaratnam does not personally charge any additional procedure fees for nasal endoscopy, ear microsuction or other in-clinic procedures.
However, the hospital or clinic charges additional fees (known as facility fees) for procedures performed during your consultation. These fees are set by the hospital and invoiced separately. For example, when nasal endoscopic examination is performed, a separate charge is payable to the clinic for equipment use, depending on location.
Follow-Up Consultations for Cosmetic Rhinoplasty Patients
In recognition of the fact that cosmetic rhinoplasty patients may wish to see more than one surgeon before going ahead with surgery and will often need more than one consultation, follow-up, and any further routine consultations both before and after surgery for these patients are free of charge (facility fees may apply).
Patients with Medical Insurance
Annakan Navaratnam is recognised and fee-assured by all major medical insurance providers. If you have medical insurance, please contact your provider to obtain an authorisation number before arranging a consultation. Depending on your policy terms, there may be an excess fee or a shortfall in reimbursement, which is the patient’s responsibility.
If we agree that you require surgical treatment, it is important to check again with your insurer that this is fully funded.
Please note that purely cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery will not be covered by insurance. Some insurers may cover parts of the procedure, and we’re happy to work with insurance companies. Ultimately, patients are responsible for any remaining balance. We will, of course, provide a written quote to ensure transparency throughout.
We also work with most other major health insurers.
